BRADFORD T. ATWOOD
Bradford T. Atwood has practiced law in Hanover, New Hampshire since 1991,
and is a member of both the New Hampshire and Vermont Bar Associations. Brad
earned his undergraduate B.A. degree in geology and geography from Denison
University in 1980, and his J.D., cum laude, and Masters Degree in Environmental
Law, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 1990.
The primary focus of Brad's practice is real estate-related litigation,
commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate development,
environmental law, and zoning and planning matters. Brad has spoken at
seminars for a title company in Manchester and Lebanon, New Hampshire. He has a
special interest in ancient highways and rights-of-way, and is an agent for
Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company. However, Brad also enjoys the
variety of a northern New England general practice, including family and probate
law.
Brad resides in Sharon, Vermont with his wife and four children. He enjoys
flyfishing and tending to his growing herd of Scottish Highland cattle.
