How do you decide if you will represent me?
We will meet with you to determine the merits of your case.
If we believe that we can help you, we will take the case.
What will it cost me?
Our charges for services depend on the case. Some of our clients are charged on a
contingency basis, which means we do not get paid our fees until we collect a monetary award.
Other cases are charged a flat fee and others on an hourly basis. We will work out
something fair for you.
How much time will it take to complete my case?
Some cases settle relatively soon. If we cannot reach a favorable settlement
for you, we will try the case. Usually it takes about one year after filing suit
before your case will be put before a jury.
Who will represent me?
The entire law firm inlcuding lawyers and support staff will work with you
to obtain a just result.
