This firm was started 35 years ago by Bill Clauson who is experienced in many areas
of the law. Our firm is primarily a trial law firm. We try jury cases in both civil
and criminal matters. We are dedicated to helping people who have been treated
unjustly, whether it is a personal injury, medical malpractice matter or a
dispute over a contract.
Our practice brings us to many different courts including civil and criminal
court, probate court, and family court.
We have tried hundreds of cases in front of juries and judges from major
civil cases to DUI trials.
